Yes, the Company Administrator can grant the BenMobile Business entitlement to any company user they want to have access.
After the BenMobile Business entitlement is given to a user by the Company Administrator, the user can enroll on their device.
Privacy settings in the device’s browser can cause this issue. If the user is deleting cookies, authentication will always display. If the user is not deleting cookies and authentication is required, they should reach out to their carrier (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, etc.) to determine if there is a 3rd party setting issue.
Customers whose phone was lost or stolen should immediately contact their carrier. After reporting the phone lost or stolen to the carrier, they can disable BenMobile Business using Manage Mobile Banking Settings in the Administration tab in Business Online Banking. If the customer’s phone was lost or stolen and they do not have access to Business Online Banking, they can call the Customer Contact Center to remove the device.
As a protection against theft, customers should not:
Each day, customers will be able to deposit checks up to $3,000 per check with a limit of $10,000 per day and up to $25,000 per month in checks can be deposited via BenMobile Business.
Customers will receive two email notifications: Deposit Received and Deposit Approved.
It will take two business days for the full amount of all mobile deposits to clear. While mobile deposits are not subject to Reg CC funds availability guidelines, the bank will use a standard two business day timeframe for availability.
Hold times will be extended for any check deposited via BenMobile Business to an account opened for the first 30 days.
We suggest keeping the check for seven business days in order to address any issues that may arise.
