When is Beneficial upgrading their Business Online Banking platform? Business Online and Mobile Banking will launch on February 13, 2017.
Are there key dates to be aware of? Yes. Any updates made in the current online banking system between January 20th and February 10th, 2017, will also need to be input into the new Business Online Banking System during the Preview Period. Please keep a record of any updates made within this time frame.
What is different about the new system? Our new platform offers enhanced and new features including:
What is the cost of the upgraded Business Online Banking System? There is no immediate cost for existing business customers.
Will customers be able to access the new system from a phone or tablet? Yes. The new Business Online Banking system includes both a mobile and tablet app that customers can entitle users to and download from the App Store or Google Play. The app allows you to do many of the same activities you can do from the desktop system, and also includes the ability to deposit a check with a smart phone.
How will I gain access to the new Business Online Banking System? You will receive your new login information and will be able to log in to the new system on January 30th.
From January 30th to February 10th, you will be in a Preview Period, during which we encourage you to log in to familiarize yourself with the new system.

Are there activities I cannot perform during the Preview Period? You cannot perform the following in preview:
Will there be any time during the conversion that I cannot access either system to make or approve transactions? Yes, at close of business on February 10th the current system will be available as view only. You may resume processing transactions on Monday, February 13th through the new platform.
Will mine or my employees’ login information change? Yes. You will receive new login information that will include a new Company ID and initial password (you will be prompted to change this password when you log in for the first time). Other users will retain their current User ID, but entitlements will need to be set by the Primary User.
Will all of my users have the same access they have today? Not automatically. The primary user/administrator will need to set up entitlements for each user during the preview period from January 30th through February 10th.
Will I be able to see all of my transaction and account balance history in the new system? A total of ten months will be available online (available in phases: 90 days as of 2/13/17; the remainder as of 2/28/17). Save extended history if desired.
Will I be able to see my old statements? Yes. 12 months of electronic statements will be available in the new eDocs portal.
Will my existing Bill Pay Payees and Wire or ACH Templates be available in the new system? Yes. All Bill Pay Payees and Wire/ACH Templates will be converted.
