Enrolling Your Device

If it is your first time accessing Ben Mobile Business, you will be required to enroll your device.

Note: Before the user can enroll their devices, the user has to be assigned the appropriate mobile banking entitlements by the Company Administrator within Business Online Banking.

  1. You will be prompted to enter the mobile phone number associated with your Business Online Banking account.
  2. Select “Continue”.
  3. You will then be prompted to enter the mobile number of the device you are using. If it is the same as the number associated with your Business Online Banking account, enter it again. If your device does not have a phone number (such as a tablet) then you may enter your home phone number.
  4. Select “Enroll”.

Logging in

  1. You can choose “Save my UserID” in order to have that field prepopulated next time you sign into the app.
  2. Select “Continue”.
  3. Enter your Company ID and Select “Continue”.

View Accounts & Recent Activity

After you’ve signed into the BenMobile Business, you will see a list of all your accounts. To view more detailed information, just select the desired account.

When you are viewing an account, you can quickly swipe to other accounts by selecting one of the arrows on the left or right of the top panel.

To see an overall summary of the selected account, select “Summary”.

To search a specific transaction within an account, select the magnifying glass.

Transfer Funds

  1. Select the “+” button at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select “Transfer”.
  3. Select “Transfer From” and select the account you would like to transfer funds from. If you make a mistake, just select “Transfer From” again and you can select a different account.
  4. Select “Transfer To” and select the account you would like to transfer funds to. If you make a mistake, just select “Transfer To” again and you can select a different account.
  5. Select “Amount” and enter the desired amount you would like to transfer and select “Done”.
  6. Select “Continue” in the upper right corner.
  7. When you are sure your transfer is the desired amount, select “Approve”.

Pay a Bill

  1. Select the “+” button at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select “Pay Bill”.
  3. Select a Payee.
  4. “Pay From” and “Due Date” will be pre-populated, but can be changed by selecting the account you’d like to pay from and the date you’d like to send it.
  5. Then select “Amount” and enter the amount you would like to pay.
  6. If you’d like, you can enter a memo to keep track of what your transaction is for.
  7. Select “Continue”.
  8. When you are sure your transfer is the desired amount, select “Approve”.

Search or Add a Payee

  1. Select “More” from the menu at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select “Payees”.
  3. Select the “+” in the upper right corner.
  4. In the search bar, enter the name of the payee you would like to add. If the Payee already exists, it will show up. If not, you will have the option to create a new payee.
  5. Select “Create a new payee”.
  6. Enter the payee contact information and give them a nickname then select “Done”.
  7. You will get a notification that your payee was successfully added to your payee list.

Deposit a Check

To move a Panel, simply click and hold the top bar and drag it to the desired location. Other panels will adjust to fit.

  1. Select the “+” button at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select “Deposit”.
  3. You will be prompted with a quick “how to” about depositing checks. Select “Continue”.
  4. You will be prompted with a notice about checks deposited remotely, after reading, select “Accept”.
  5. Take a picture of your check. To do so, you must allow BenMobile Business access to your camera. If this is not already enabled, you will be prompted to do so upon trying to take a picture.
  6. Select the camera icon that says “Front”.
  7. Take a photo of the front of your check by lining it up and selecting the white circle at the bottom of the screen. Make sure you are taking the photo in a well-lit area on a flat surface.
  8. Select the camera icon that says “Back”.
  9. After signing the back of your check, take a photo by lining it up and selecting the white circle at the bottom of the screen. Make sure you are taking the photo in a well-lit area on a flat surface.
  10. Select “Amount” and enter the amount of money the check has been made out for and select “Done”.
  11. Select “Deposit To” and select the account you would like the funds to be deposited into.
  12. Enter the email address of the recipient you would like to receive the deposit receipt.
  13. Select “Continue”.
  14. When you are sure your check deposit has been entered for the correct amount and is going into the proper account, select “Approve”.

Locations

  1. Select “Locations” at the bottom of the screen.
  2. In order to use our locations feature, you must allow "Beneficial" to access your location while you use the app. If this is not already enabled, you will be prompted to do so when opening the locations feature.
  3. The map will zoom to your location and show ATMs and branches closest to you. If you’d like to look at other locations, just type an address or zip code into the search bar.

View Recent and Scheduled Bill Payments

  1. Select “Recent” from the menu at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select “Bill Payments”.
  3. Select a transaction to view more details.
  4. If you’d like to cancel a scheduled Bill Payment, select the transaction under “SCHEDULED” and select “Cancel Payment”
