Beneficial Bank Promotes Four Retail Banking Team Members To Market Director Positions


PHILADELPHIA, PA (JULY 30, 2012) – Beneficial Bank has announced the promotion of four Retail Banking Team members to Market Director positions serving Pennsylvania and New Jersey, whose focus will be on enhancing business development, customer service, deposit growth and profitability.

The Bank has promoted Jennifer MacMullen and Chris Jacobsen to Market Director in Pennsylvania. In addition, the Bank has promoted Philip Corradino and Jill Ross to Market Director in New Jersey. These four will become part of the team serving under Pamela M. Cyr, the Bank's recently-appointed Chief Retail Officer. They will join existing Team members Carl Needles and Harry Biernacki in Pennsylvania, and Pamela Hisler in New Jersey.

MacMullen, who previously served as Folcroft Branch Manager, has been with Beneficial for six years. Prior to that, she was with Commerce Bank for ten years. She is a graduate of Delaware County Community College and resides in Norwood, PA.

Jacobsen brings more than 20 years of banking experience to his new position and is a former employee of St. Edmond's Bank and Citizens Bank. He is a LaSalle University graduate and a resident of Chalfont, PA.

Corradino, who has 14 years' experience in banking, previously served as Mt. Laurel Branch Manager for Beneficial. The Rutgers University graduate previously worked for Commerce TD Bank. He lives in Delran, NJ.

Ross, who was previously Relationship Manager for Beneficial's Cherry Hill West location, has been with the Bank for four years, and was previously with Wachovia Wealth Management. She is a graduate of Rutgers University who possesses 17 years of banking experience. She is a resident of Lumberton, NJ.
