Beneficial Participates In New Initiative for Philadelphia Homeowners
Beneficial Savings Bank announced it is now offering two new home improvement loan programs to assist low- to moderate-income individuals in Philadelphia.
These loans support the City of Philadelphia's Neighborhood Transformation Initiative and are administered by the Greater Philadelphia Urban Affairs Coalition.
The first of these new loans offered by Beneficial is the PHIL-Plus. This allows Philadelphia homeowners with less-than-perfect credit to obtain the money needed to do large repairs or make big improvements to their residence. The second of these loans, the Mini-PHIL, targets the same group but is intended for emergency repairs or small projects. Beneficial does not charge fees for either of these loans and offers a free inspection of the completed work.
