Back in 2012, we wanted to restore an old bottling plant in Northern Liberties as our new headquarters. All we needed was a partner with solid local experience. So we called Beneficial Bank. We knew that they had been in the Philadelphia area for 163 years, and that was important to us. Beneficial met our immediate needs with impressive speed. The team understood what an endeavor of this sort really means to a customer and was able to commit quickly and communicate often. I've always said that if you want to run a successful national firm you need to think globally and bank locally.

Right from the start, Beneficial was definitely on top of it. Like us, it was clear that they had an obvious desire to invest in the neighborhood and be involved in the renovation of a historic building. They also expressed a deep interest in our business. They looked into our history and came to meet with us several times. They really took the time to listen to us and get to know how we operate, which was something we hadn't experienced before. And they were always there when we needed them, so communication was fast and easy.

Since developing a relationship with Beneficial, our business has doubled in size and revenue.

We trusted Beneficial and they delivered.

Last year, we found ourselves in need of a new building and some additional equipment. We already had a great relationship with Beneficial's Insurance Services **, so we reached out for a competitive bid. Not only were they competitive in both rates and terms, but their response times were fast and professional.
