Matthew Bell,
Vice President of Multi-Housing Depot.

Last year, we found ourselves in need of a new building and some additional equipment. We already had a great relationship with Beneficial's Insurance Services *, so we reached out for a competitive bid. Not only were they competitive in both rates and terms, but their response times were fast and professional.

Though they came into the picture somewhat aware of our business, Beneficial took the initiative and set up a series of in-depth meetings so we could really get to know each other better. They asked great questions, and provided us with insightful feedback and guidance. Plus, they were gracious enough to host the meeting (complete with tour) at their beautiful new headquarters on Market Street.

When it comes to local suppliers, there are two things we look for: reliability and availability. Beneficial delivered on both counts. When we needed Beneficial, they were there, as simple as that. Plus, they've been around for over 160 years, so they are intimately familiar with what's going on in the Delaware Valley. Since we supply projects throughout the region, it feels good to know that we do business with a lot of the same people.

Since joining forces with Beneficial, we've successfully accomplished what we set out to do: we've moved, upgraded our facilities and purchased new equipment. We couldn't have done it without their help. My advice would be to go with a competitive bank that listens. For us, that was Beneficial.
