Email Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations

*One entry per person. Entries will be accepted beginning 11/27/17 at 8:30am through 6pm 12/22/17. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter. Employees, officers and directors of Beneficial Bank, Beneficial Advisors, and Beneficial Insurance Services and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Participants must be a citizen of the United States who is at least 18 years of age. To be eligible you must provide or update a valid email address (“email”) through Beneficial’s Online Banking, via phone to our Customer Contact Center or in-person at a Beneficial Bank location. You understand that by providing your email address you may receive promotional emails directly from Beneficial Bank. You also understand you have the right to opt out or unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time. You will also eligible if you currently have a valid email address on file with Beneficial Bank. Five winners will be selected by random drawing on 1/3/18 at 10:00am. The odds of winning depend on the number of prizes available divided by the number of entries. Only one prize may be won per person. Approximate retail price of prize is $100. The gift card may not be transferred, used for prior purchases or redeemed for cash. The gift card is subject to the terms and conditions specified by the gift card issuer in the accompanying gift card disclosures. Winner will be responsible for payment of all taxes related to receipt of prize. Winners will be notified by the email provided by 1/5/18. If, within 14 days of drawing, a selected winner (i) cannot be contacted, (ii) is ineligible, (iii) has attempted to defraud or in any way tamper with the raffle, or (iv) has not or fails to claim the prize, his/her prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
