We upgraded our Personal Online and Mobile Banking to bring you a better experience – an updated look and feel, the ability to view more details about your balance and external transfer capability.
You now have access to the new Online and Mobile Banking system.
You must successfully log into Online Banking prior to logging into BenMobile. To do so, go to thebeneficial.com.
This is what the new login screen should look like. If it doesn't, please try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page.
Enter your current Online Banking username in lowercase letters.
After verification, you will be asked for a password. You will enter a temporary password which is the last four digits of your social security number. From there you will be prompted to create a new password.
After logging in to Online Banking, you are now able to download and access the new BenMobile app. Use your same username and password as Online Banking. Note: Once you have the new BenMobile app downloaded, remember to delete the old app.

Will all my account information be transferred over to the new Online Banking system?
Yes, all your account information including scheduled bill payments, transfers, payment and transaction history, and access to statements and notices will be transferred over.
Do I need to download another Mobile app?
Yes, you will need to download the new BenMobile app. It will be available on Monday, April 9th. Prior to downloading and using the new BenMobile app, you will need to log into the new Online Banking system.
I haven't used Online Banking in a long time, do I need to do anything?
You will need your username to be able to sign into the new Online Banking system. If you do not remember your current username for Online Banking please contact 888.742.5272 for assistance.
If I use Quicken, is there anything I need to do differently?
Yes, you will need to modify your settings in Online Banking. Please see instructions below based on your system:

Will I have access to Financeworks in the new Online Banking platform?
No. There will be a new personal financial management tool available through our new Online Banking in the fall of 2018.
Will access to Turbo Tax be available through the new Online Banking system?
As of April 5th, Turbo Tax will no longer be accessible through Beneficial Online Banking. Turbo Tax can be accessed at intuit.com.
